What Sarah has put together is mind-blowing. This program gave me the structure and support that I really needed. I’m so happy to have energy again and my balance is so much better. We have a little trail behind our house by the woods that I hadn’t walked in a long while because I didn’t have the energy or stamina. Since the Booster, I’ve been back there with my niece and we just took off! I was very pleased with my progress during the program. I saw my balance, my leg strength, and my flexibility improve fairly quickly. During the 1st week of the program I was able to flip my jacket on the way I used to and by the end of the 3rd week I was back on my WiiFit doing balance games and saw my balance had improved! I’m definitely walking with less drag. In fact, it’s almost invisible so you can barely see my limp at all.

I travel quite a bit, so I need a program that I can do on-the-go. I put all the Booster program print-outs, instructions, worksheets, and plans into a 3-ring binder so when I travel that binder goes into my suitcase. You can easily do all the exercises in a hotel room or in the hotel gym.
